FounderKit ("we", "us", "our") operates the founderkit.business website. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and password (securely hashed). This is stored in our database hosted on Supabase.

Tool Usage Data

When you use our AI tools, your inputs are sent to the Anthropic API (a third-party AI processor) to generate results. We do not store your tool inputs beyond the time needed to generate and return results, unless you choose to save outputs to your account.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage data including page views, tool usage frequency, and general traffic patterns. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Non-essential cookies (analytics) are only set with your consent. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Data Retention

Account data is retained until you delete your account. AI tool inputs are not stored beyond the request lifecycle unless you explicitly save outputs. Usage analytics are retained for 26 months (Google Analytics default).

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access controls on our database. However, no system is 100% secure.

Children

FounderKit is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
