Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Free and Paid Tiers

Free tier users receive 5 uses per tool, per day. Pro subscribers receive unlimited access. We reserve the right to modify usage limits and pricing with reasonable notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse the Service
• Automate access beyond normal usage patterns
• Generate harmful, hateful, or illegal content

Digital Products

Digital products are sold as-is. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless the product is materially different from its description. Refund requests can be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the inputs you provide and outputs generated for you through our AI tools. The FounderKit brand, website design, and tool implementations remain our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FounderKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated outputs.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
